Urgent help

If it can't wait, please call now.

Imli connects you with professionals for planned sessions. We cannot respond to emergencies, and messages to your professional or to us are not watched around the clock.

Outside India? Call your local emergency number, or find a free helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.

Call emergency services if someone

  • has hurt themselves or is about to, or talks about ending their life with a plan
  • is having chest pain, trouble breathing, a seizure, or has fainted
  • has taken an overdose or swallowed something harmful
  • is in danger from someone else

If you are with them, stay with them, remove anything they could use to hurt themselves if it is safe to, and keep talking until help arrives.

When it's serious but not an emergency

Tele-MANAS (14416) is free, confidential and staffed by trained counsellors 24 hours a day.

You can also tell your Imli professional at your next session, or message them to ask for an earlier one. They will reply when they are next working.
